SleepPhones® Loyalty Program
What is the Cirrus Sleep Club?
It's our loyalty program that lets you earn points toward future purchases. You'll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect, the more you save.
Who can join?
Anyone with a SleepPhones® account is automatically enrolled and anyone can join. Create an account here or log in here if you already have a SleepPhones® account.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. See below.
What kinds of rewards can I earn?
Points can be redeemed for the following rewards:
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
In your Cirrus Sleep Club panel, select the tab called Redeem Points. There you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Enter your reward code at checkout in the discount code box. Reward discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, as Shopify only allows for one discount code to be used at a time.
How do I refer a friend?
Log in here and scroll down a bit. Click the Refer Friends tab in the Cirrus Sleep Club Panel menu.
How do I leave a product review?
We'll send you an email two weeks after your purchase and kindly ask you to write a review. You'll receive 350 points for doing so (max. 1x per week). If you've already left us a review on our last review system (Trustpilot), you can still earn points for leaving a new review. Just go to our product page, select the product you have, and leave a review at the bottom of the page. Be sure to use the same email address as your Cirrus Sleep Club account so you get credit for the review.
How do I view my point balance?
Log in here and scroll down a bit. Your available points will be displayed in the top left corner of your Cirrus Sleep Club panel.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can! Please note that product review points are limited to once a week.
Do my points expire?
No, your points don't expire!
Do my redeemed rewards expire?
No, redeemed discount codes don't expire!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This applies to purchases, referrals, and product reviews. Points awarded for purchases are approved after 30 days. Points awarded for leaving a product review are approved after 7 days. Please note that product review points are limited to once a week.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
Why didn't I earn points after completing an activity?
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Points for making a purchase are approved after 30 days. Points for leaving a product review are approved after 7 days.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly — please redeem your points for a discount code which can then be applied during checkout. Reward discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, as Shopify only allows for one discount code to be used at a time.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact darlene@sleepphones.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact darlene@sleepphones.com and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
